The provisions included such items as pork, bread, peas, beef and beer. Included, between pages 7 and 8, is a signed bond by Jon Van Loon for 219 guilder, dated 21 February 1719 [in Dutch]. In addition, 9 pages at the end of the account book are an itemized list of all the individuals who received their beer rations from Livingston.
