The document states that Johannes Dyckman and Jacob Borsboom are bound to the city and people of Albany for the sum of 50 pounds. The document then explains that Dyckman and Borsboom have passes from the Governor to trade with the 5 Nations, and if they should decide not to trade with the Indians for peltry, then the current financial obligation will be declared void.
