Bogert writes from Camp Bliss, Uptons Hill. Requests Jacob, his father, to immediately send his commission, discharge papers, and all other papers which he left at home in New York City. Requests the papers so that he may collect payment for his service. States " ... please be very careful and mail it with as much care as you can so that you may be sure it will arrive safe and all right ... "
