Signed by Barnett as alcalde of Austin and George Huff and A.M. Clare as arbitrators in the cases. Notes monetary damages relating to two separate cases, each on their own a side of the document. Possibly a page removed from a ledger, as both cases were "Issued 4th Nov. 1830."
