A black and white photograph of the USS Hornet's flight deck full of B-25 bombers preparing for the raid. Another ship is present in the background of the photograph. There is a press clipping attached to the back of the photograph with a stamp dated April 23, 1943. The press clipping calls the planes B-24's, but they are actually B-25.
