Program for the 14th Annual Music Festival held at Virginia State College. The first page is a title page and lists when different types of musical groups will perform. The groups all appear to be high schools. On the first page is handwritten, "1,400 hundred". Subsequent pages lists the schools performing, what pieces they are performing and who pieces are by. Addison High School in Roanoke, Virginia is listed as a "Class A" school on page seven. At the bottom of page eight begins the list of Participating Bands, beside a few of which are written comments on the quality of performance. The list continues onto the next page. On pages nine and ten are performances by the "Class A" Choruses. Comments on the quality of each group have been written next to this list. Addison High School's performance is listed on page ten with "SUPERIOR" written beside it. The list of performances ends on page ten. Page eleven lists the judges and has been scribled on in pencil. Page twelve lists the members of the Music Fesitval committee and has also been scribbled on. Page thirteen lists upcoming events at the college and has been scribbled on most severely with pencil.
