One letter dated April 28, 1925 from William L. Chenery. Perceives that if the article about Haiti cannot have lighter tone that he will accept it. Points out that Ruhl should approach the article differently. He writes, "I do hope, however, that you can see your way clear to recognize the necessities of the audience. It's human nature that we're up against, and as a democrat, I cannot bring myself to quarrel with the human race."
