Settles an old claim against the Gwinnett estate in Georgia and states that title to the land in question will be given to Joseph Gibbons. Noted on verso that the document was recorded in the clerk's office, Chatham County, Georgia.
Hall was a delegate to the Continental Congress from Georgia 1775-1777 and a signer of the Declaration of Independence. He was the executor for the estate of Button Gwinnett, another signer.
