Countersigned by Thomas Thornton and Joseph Little. Copy of an indenture between Gibson of Randolph County and Little of Sumter County, Georgia. Certifies that Little paid $20 to Gibson for a tract of land in Cherokee County. Note on verso signed by Little dated 22 November 1841 is partially illegible but possibly deals with another sale of the land to Alexander M. Little.
