Summary of Content: Partially printed document ordering Captain Nathaniel Bliss to raise a company of soldiers and review the towns stock of munitions. He is also to make sure his men are equipped and the town Select Men informed if munitions are needed. An autograph signed note by Bliss on the verso attests to his compliance.
