Says captain Joseph Thomson can draw upon the state of Connecticut for three hundred pounds for military wages. Ordered by the committee of Safety. Signed by Huntington as "Clerk P.T." Docket on verso dated 15 November 1776 in Hartford. States the contents has been recieved by Joseph Thomas, and signed by Robert Brown.
