Summary of Content: Informs Knox that they have "received information that Liquors have been sold to the Troops in the Garrison of W'Point, by our agents, in such manner as tends to the Disorder of that Garrison ... " States that they will attend to the matter and give orders to strictly attend to the regulations of the garrison. Noted as written at the Contractor's Office.
