Summary of Content: Minutes taken on August 28, 1794. Lists the members in the town of Prospect, Maine and possibly the number of acres owned by each of them. Discusses further land deals. Also mentions agreements made with the people of Prospect township in 1788 and all who have arrived since. Notes 70 loads of hay has been cleared from the meadow. City was added later in red pen.
