Summary of Content: Deed indicating that the heirs of Brigadier Samuel Waldo purchased a particular tract of land from Samuel Denny. Signed by Denny as well as John and Elizabeth Stinson as witnesses. Page 2 has three notes about the land purchase, and is signed by John Stinson, Moses Gill, and Thomas Flucker.
