Summary of Content: Writes that he will leave papers with Morris and asks that he deliver them. Mentions a deed and how it should be handled, "signed before two or more witnesses." Goes on to give instructions on what to do with the papers. Ink is faded, especially on the first page. Watermarked "J Watt & C Patent Copying/Sold By J Woodmason/London." Letterpress copy.
