Randolph Harrison applies to Virginia Governor John Letcher for the position of Captain in the Quartermaster's Department of the State of Virginia. Lieutenant Colonel Heth endorses Harrison's request, from the Quartermaster General's Office in Richmond. Signature on docket is illegible. One bust engraving of Heth included as collateral.
