Summary of Content: P.1 contains a statement signed by the Mayor Hendrick Hanlin, and the Aldermen Johannes Cuyler and Johannes Bleecker. The statement acknolwedges that Livingston's account, which appears on the following pages, has been audited and approved; and it determines legal fees and a further sum of money due to Livingston. The account on pages 2 and 3 calculates the debts and credits of the Mayor and Aldermen of Albany with regard to Livingston from 1695-1699.
