Announces secession, stating " ... the union now subsisting between South Carolina and other States, under the name of 'The United States of America,' is hereby dissolved." Secession was declared at Charleston, 20 December 1860, though a precise print date for this document is not listed. Printed in color on card stock, containing an image of South Carolina's flag.
