This item is a letter to Senator Bruce from E.P. Natch. This letter announces that he was appointed to position as Post Master of Holly Springs Mississippi, and is asking Bruce for advice in appointing an assistant that may not be approved by the other people in the Post office. This letter is accompanied by another document and a separated docket detailed in GLC09400.056.1 and GLC09400.056.3
