Written at 11:30 PM. Sylvia wrote this letter while sitting in the sun. Talks about the "swell crop" from her Victory Garden. Is angry at Sid who asked to borrow a ration stamp for gasoline. She gave him a "B" stamp, because it will be unlikely she can use all of her "B" stamps before they expire on September 18th. Complained about where he traveled on the rationed gas and about Ben not putting the hose away.
