Summary of Content: A letter from President Reagan to Moorhead thanking him for his support in getting the peacekeeper missiles deployed starting in 1986. Reagan also thanks Moorhead for his support of the Scowcroft Commission's recommendations, and says he looks forward to continuing the work towards the elimination of all nuclear weapons.
