At the Institute’s core is the Gilder Lehrman Collection, one of the great archives in American history. Summary of Content: One trading card from the Red Menace collection, "15. Red Battle Wagon" depicting a large battle wagon at sea firing off rockets and weapons. Reverse side contains propaganda narrative claiming that Russia is noted to have built a battle wagon boat. Text further notes the extremes that the United States has gone to lessen weapons. The incentive being to match the weapons expansion of Russia's armed forces.
