One typed letter addressed to Colonel Haskell from Arthur Ruhl dated December 12, 1922. Pertaining to returning $1,500 which was previously his credit with the American Relief Administration. Expresses that many people he visited with could have been easily fed if they had the funding. Names those few whom he has encountered; Dr. Beeukes, Margaret Shydlovski, George Kartzov, and Natalia Polakova.
