Summary of Content: Orders Copeland, conductor of military stores, to procure 1500 muskets, 3 tons of lead, and all of the pistols at New Windsor. Gives further instructions pertaining to arms, ordering Copeland to transfer stores to Philadelphia. Apparently written at Phillipsburg (present-day Sleepy Hollow, New York).
