Summary of Content: Robert informs his father of the death of Mary Winthrop (John Livingston's wife), and also that the Duke of Hamilton and Lord Moon have killed each other in a duel. He mentions that he is waiting news from England regarding the Palatins, and urges his father to take action regarding the money due to him by the government.
