Inside the Vault on Thursday, November 4: The Assassination of John F. Kennedy

From iconic historical treasures, such as the Declaration of Independence, the US Constitution, and the Emancipation Proclamation, to personal letters that reveal the contributions of ordinary American citizens, each session investigates primary sources and features a discussion with expert historians and curators about the documents’ background, impact, and potential use in the classroom.

Professor Barbara Perry from the University of Virginia and Master Teacher Jermain Corbin will join our curators to discuss three documents related to the death of President John F. Kennedy.
