Among the enslaved people listed is "An old and superannuated woman Phebe (considered to be worth nothing)." Docket notes that the enslaved people were hired out from the estate. Appraised by John Fuqua, John G. Hughes and Pearce W. Metton. Signed by John Winn as administrator of the estate of Thomas Winn.
