Sylvia attended a Union meeting and gave a speech on the necessity of registering to vote and the Community Councils. She has set up a budget for herself, and recounts the cost of car insurance. Also notes she came across their Budget for 1936 and recounts the cost of items there. This enabled her to "live with him again tonight."
