One scrapbook with 348 covers and some broadsides pasted in. These covers were collected and pasted in this book by a man who just turned twenty-one. It contains many unusual Union covers, a number of which are rare and unlisted in Wolcott. Scarce designs from printers such as Magnus, Berlin & Jones, etc., with single, tonal, or multicolor designs. Includes four 1864 presidential tickets. This second volume includes several rare designs on p.1 and p. 28; Magnus multi-color state seals on pp. 3,5,7, 9; rare Berlin & Jones covers on p.31.
