Report describes an earlier agreement Henry Jackson and Royal Flint made with the Committee for the Sale of Eastern Lands, specifying which lands they purchased. Explains that Jackson petitioned the committee to reduce the amount of land he is buying. Authorizes Jackson and the committee to make a new contract. Signed by Samuel Phillips, as President (perhaps of the Committee), as well as Edward H. Robbins.
