Copy of a declaration including a letter in the report of the Select Committee investigating the expenditures made in the execution of the part of the Treaty of Ghent fixing the boundary line between Maine and Canada. The letter, written by Charles Turner, was critical of the execution of the treaty (see GLC05634.03). Also resolves "That the Select Committee be discharged from further considering the said report." Addressed to Cornelius P. Van Ness in Burlington, Vermont.
