This document appears to be a copy of an invoice sent from Lieutenant Stephen Kemble to Peter Farlin, which Farlin answered and sent back to Kemble. The document is written to Farlin, but at the end of the document there is a note, under which is Farlin's signature. Also, the entire document is written in the same handwriting, which suggests that it was a copy of the original written by Peter Farlin.
