Reports acts to regulate trials and elections, as well as parliamentary speeches and business. Advertisements include book publications, real estate, and epitaphs. The opening article defends the citizens of Boston against the charges of Revenue Commissioners, line by line, regarding the Boston Massacre.
The paper was sold by J. Wilkie (d. 1785), and was later known as the Universal Evening Post.
