Summary of Content: Letter dated Seoul, December 1, 1950 addressed to his wife. Relays discontent and that he never arrived to Pyongyang as stated in a previous letter, due to an overwhelming amount of soldiers fighting with the Chinese army. Enscribes on the back of the letter, "Don't believe all you hear over the radio."
