On the right hand side of the page, Lieutenant Colonel Parker recommends Sarsons for a lieutenancy in the colored regiment. On the right side Adjutant General Nathaniel Head, written from Concord, New Hampshire and dated 18 October 1765, recounts and attests to Sarson's service. Written on a blank account form.
Captain Eleazer Sarsons joined Company F, 4th New Hampshire Infantry Regiment as a private in 1861 and later served as the First Sergeant in the Company F, 4th New Hampshire Infantry Regiment.
