One document dated January 26, 1877. The document bears the seal of the state of Florida. It declares that Robert Bullock, Robert B. Hilton, Wilkinson Call, and James E. Yonge were "duly determined, declared, and certified" to cast the electoral votes for the state of Florida in the 1876 presidential election. It also states that Charles H. Pearce, Frederick C. Humphries, William H. Holden, and Thomas W. Long were respondents.
