One pamphlet entitled, "Look at the Filibuster," dated 1949. Pertains to the restrictions of filibustering, amendments and other issues related to Rule XXII adopted by the Senate in March 1917.
Rule 22 was adopted by the Senate in 1917. This rule allowed the Senate to end a debate with a two-thirds majority vote.
