Summary of Content: "Provision Return for one Man Drafted from the Invalid Regt. Capt. Rileys Company now employed in the ordinance Dept. for four Days is four Rations." Directed to Commissary Forsyth, possibly James Forsyth, Commissary at West Point. Return is signed by Banks. Note on verso, written and signed by John Banks, discusses provisions for contractors working at West Point.
