Noted as a copy. Discusses Sarah Lyons Flucker Beaumez's children's hereditary rights to the Waldo patent. Provides a thorough background on the late Mrs. Hannah Flucker's estate and her will. Mrs. [Lucy] Knox is mentioned as the rightful heir to Flucker's estate in the United States. It is also noted that it was always Lucy Knox's intention to provide her nephew's (Francis and Thomas Flucker) with a portion of her mother's (Hannah Flucker) estate. Mentions the various legal issues and land claims on the estate and asks if Mrs. Knox can legally assign a portion of the land to the Flucker children at this time. Provides a proposal the Knoxes are willing to agree to.
