Record of a deed for two plots of land. Includes a diagram at the bottom, possibly the blueprint of a building. The transaction involves the Library Company of Philadelphia.

Appears to relate the rental of part of the parcel of land purchased for their new library. The drawing may depict the house planned for one of the rented lots. (For more information, see John Thomas Scharf and Thompson Westcott, "History of Philadelphia 1609-1884.")
