Lomax, Forrest, and Jordan sign as witnesses. Brent, Justice of the Peace for Washington, D.C., and George Healy sign separately as a witnesses. Tayloe authorizes Lomax, his attorney, to act as a trustee of the estate of the deceased Ralph Wormeley.
