Summary of Content: Partially printed document signed by Perez Morton as deputy secretary of the council. Other signers include members of the Massachusetts Bay Council: W. Severs, W. Spooner, J. Palmero, John Taylor, Charles Chauncy, Moses Gill, John Whitcomb, Jedediah Forster, Michael Farley, James Prescott, John Winthrop, B. White, Eliad Taylor, Jabez Fisher, and Dr. Samuel Holten. Appoints Southworth a captain in regiment commanded by Colonel Lemuel Robinson "raised by the Colony to reinforce the American Army untill" 1 April 1776. Includes a paper seal of the 1775 Massachusetts Bay Colony.
