Summary of Content: Downing agrees to pay a debt of twelve hundred and sixty pounds in 1694. Court clerk Edwin Thacker certifies that "the above bill was proved to be the Act and deed of Wm Downing by the oaths of the evidences." Also signed by Robert Williams and Edward Williamson with their marks, as witnesses.
