Lockwood L. Gibbs, alias Libbeus L. Gibbs, convicted of passing counterfeit money; he was sentenced to two years and two months imprisonment. He was later pardoned after serving over half of his prison term due to his good behavior. Countersigned by Secretary of State William H. Seward.
