Know all Men by these Presents that I John White of Fal,outh in the country od Cumberland do hereby constiture & appoints Daniel Leonard of taunton in the country of Bristol Esqr. my lawful attorney in my name and stead to Appear upo a Voucher to warrant a certain Meperage & and to be made upon me at He superior Cout [illegible] the hold in [illegible] Tauton by Benjamin Whitman of Dighton in the fame Country Birklayer in order for the suffering [illegible] recovery of the same in an action wherein Robert Treat Paine of Tauton Esqr. demand an the name to warrant the demanded premises, to voucher in the Country & to [illegible] for me in my Name every thing else [illegible] for me to do in order to the completing said Recovery with power of subsitution.
