Mentions seeing McClellan, McClellan using their movements as a possible ruse to lure the enemy from Manassas, ambulances, wounded men, etc. Also mentions the death of Colonel and United States Senator Edward D. Baker, "You have heard of the death of Col. Baker of the California Reg."
