I have the honor to enclose the weekly returns, and a Statem[text loss] of the perids [sic] [strikeout] at which the enlistments, of the rhode - Island companies will expire. [struck: B] If those companies should be necessary at their present station, [struck: it will be necessary] [inserted: They must be replaced] [inserted and struck: them] either in the Winter or very early in the Spring.
