Summary of Content: Writes that the bearer of this letter, Mr. Hall, also brings a letter from Major [Pierce] Butler (see GLC02437.04296) which recommends Hall for a post in Knox's War Department. FitzSimons would like to add that he believes Hall is well-qualified for any post Knox may be able to secure for him. Signer of the U.S. Constitution.
