Certifies "amount of taxes laid on Lands (part of the Waldo patent lands) of the Heirs & Assigns of the late Brigadier General Waldo and paid by Henry Knox." Also certifies the amount of taxes paid in other counties. City is not listed. Docket notes the taxes assessed in the year 1784 was paid by Knox in 1795.
