Refers to earlier correspondence regarding a Mr. [Hulton]. Discusses Mr. Hulton'sinterest in acquiring Palairet's lands (see GLC02437.09045), as well as the land claim of a Mr. Robert Temple. Relates that Temple told him of a claim he had on lands bordering those belonging to the late Samuel Waldo, father of the addressee. Temple plans to dispute the younger Waldo's claims on the land.

Preliminary research discovered a John Palairet (1697-1774) living in London when this was written, but there was no biographical information to confirm that he is the same man as the author of this document.
